 The Essence of the First Passover

”On that night I will pass through the land of Egypt 

and strike down every firstborn son 

and firstborn male animal in the land of Egypt. 

I will execute judgment against all the gods of Egypt, 

for I am the Lord!“

This is the eleventh miracles God did in the Egypt; it announced the twelfth miracle - He would strike down all his enemies in the Red Sea. 

God did this to let All people know He is the LORD. God did this because the brutal Pharaoh stubbornly believed in false gods and wouldn’t let all the Israelites go- they were Egyptian slaves go at that time. All other gods people worship, follow, or run after is false gods; none of them could deliver them to real peace. Only YAHWEH the LORD provided his only son Jesus Christ, that brings salvation to all the people around the world. He has plan to rescue people , and he did it for sure.
